Our Story

Ruhale was founded in 2007 as a family business specializing in frozen baked goods
and pastries, such as challas, baguettes, filo dough, salt pastries, sweet yeast pastries, confectionaries, tarts and crunches.

Products under the Ruhale brand are known for their flavor, quality and traditional
methods.

Made in Israel, providing to customers in Israel and exporting to the USA and
Europe.

Our factory houses top-of-the-line, cutting edge production lines that combine
modern processes and traditional methods to create the highest quality products we
can, with strict and through inspections to ensure quality and taste for all products.

Kosher

All of the company’s products are Kosher under Badatz Ha’eda Ha’haredit
Jerusalem.

Packed in bulk, One unit weighing at about 65 grams.

Tarts and house cakes by Ruhale are entirely made by hand, and come in all sizes,
single and whole cakes.

Jewish Holidays

At Ruhale, we made a variety of special products for the holidays-
Ranging from Hannukah’s jelly donuts and hamantasches,
through special cheesy pastries and cheesecakes for Shavu’ot,
to raisin challahs for Rosh Ha’Shanah.

Baked Goods

Crunches

High quality dough crunches are done by hand, in a wide variety of unique flavors,
and can be found as both yeast pastry and puff pastry.
